Laminated EVA Glass
Laminated Glass is commonly used in architectural field where safety, security and strength are considerations, comprises a protective inter layer, usually polyvinyl butyral, bonded between two panels of glass. This protective layer can also be formed by fabric or a similarly patterened material produced to your specifications.

The bonding process takes place under heat and pressure. When laminated under these conditions, the PVB inter layer becomes optically clear and binds the two panes of glass together. Once sealed together, the glass “sandwich” (i.e., laminate) behaves as a single unit and looks like normal glass. The polymer inter layer of PVB is tough and ductile, so brittle cracks will not pass from one side of the laminate to the other.

The major advantage of this process is that when impacted or broken – the glass panel will remain in one piece and stay put in the window frame – as both protection from intrusion and so that there is not a danger to pedestrians or bystanders.
