Introduction of high speed PV encapsulants- EVA film production line
Since the regular extrusion system is limited to a certain speed/
output because of residual stresses and high shrinkage rate in the
encapsulant , CHEER machinery Co., Ltd. developed a profitable stress
eliminating system for the production of EVA encapsulant film .The
system eradicates residual stresses in the encapsulant and therefore
reduces the film shrinkage to the lowest level during encapsulation,
thus allows much higher production speed and therefore higher output
compared with other typical extrusion systems. The process allows an
almost shrinkage-free production of gluey materials like EVA at high
speed, EVA can be processed more easily on our extrusion line compared
with normal calender/casting film system.
》Low back pressure , low die temperature , low extruder load saving
energy because of enlarged die opening.
》The speed of auxiliary equipment could be increased, only depended on
extruder output instead of any limitation caused by shrinkage level.
》Our system for eradicating residual stresses is more effective,
making EVA film almost free-shrinkage. As a result, whole length of
production line is much shorter, saving energy and space of workshop.
Features of the production line
》Low temperature and precisely controlled extrusion technology.
Temperatures from extruder to the die exit are always controlled at
stable 75℃ .
》Speed limitation caused by residual stresses and shrinkage was broken
down. The line speed reached at 5M/min under the shrinkage less than
3%.
》Special design of stresses eradicating and annealing unit is energy
saving for over 50%.
》Process know-how, computerized and electrical control system is the
guarantee for running line more stable and longer life time.
